    The logo is fitted to 18% of the QR symbol width, with a five-module minimum for small symbols.

    Data modules are removed from a padded central zone instead of placing an opaque plate over the QR.

    Adding a logo switches error correction to H because the center intentionally carries less QR data.

Can I add a logo to a QR code for free?

Yes. You can upload a PNG, JPEG, or WebP logo and download a static QR without an account. Tracking uses a managed short link and asks you to sign in when you create it.

Why does Scanfolk use H error correction?

A centered logo removes part of the QR data area. H error correction provides the largest recovery allowance among the available QR levels, but it does not remove the need for a final scan test.

Does Scanfolk put a white box behind the logo?

No. The renderer removes QR modules from a padded central zone and places the optimized raster logo inside it without adding a backing plate.

Which logo files can I upload?

The generator accepts PNG, JPEG, and WebP files up to 3 MB, then optimizes the image before embedding it.
