At a glance
- Standard static QR codes are created in your browser.
- Creative generation uses an account and credits.
- Scan checks belong to the tested image and payload, not every possible use.
Make the QR useful first
A QR code should carry the intended link or information and fit the place where it will be used. Standard provides conventional shapes, colors and logo customization. Creative integrates QR structure into artwork from animal, botanical, candy, abstract and food templates.
The public template catalog and core generator pages launched in September 2026. Scanfolk is still expanding its device, print and accessibility evidence; it does not claim universal scan reliability.
Choose the workflow for your job
Use Standard when you need a direct URL, Wi-Fi details, a contact or another supported payload. With tracking off, PNG and SVG export does not require an account or a Scanfolk redirect.
Use Creative when the visual result matters. Configure a template, sign in when you generate, and retrieve completed work from your private History. Free-form Create with AI is not currently available on the public site.
What our scan evidence means
A published specimen identifies an artifact, its encoded payload and a scan result. Automated checks can catch decoding failures under selected image transformations. They do not substitute for testing a printed QR with your audience's phones, materials, lighting and scanning distance.
